Job Description
- Identify target markets and analyze current market trends
- Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Devise and implement Marketing plans to meet customers’ demands
- Manage promotional activities to endorse products
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 year on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to large organization, or in real estate industry.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English.
- Very strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong Problem Solving & Decision Making skills and goal oriented
- Strong client management skills.
- Planning/Organizing Skills.
