Job Description
- Test and evaluate existing network systems
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure that networks operate correctly troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Internet systems Computer network support specialists, also called technical support specialists
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer network problems.
- Solving an IT problem in a timely manner
- Technical support specialists may provide assistance to the organizations computer users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Installing Company Software for users.
- Training & Orienting users on new software
- Following up installing the domains for software providers.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Information System or equivalent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Time Management Skills
- English: Very Good
- Programming background is a plus.
