- Examine documents of materials and products, in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards, specifications and litigations.
- Oversee the cost effective, efficient, timely and accurate order fulfillment by processing all order deliveries in accordance with client’s requirements.
- Track and report supplemental logistics expenses not captured by traditional methods.
- Research, track and coordinate the resolution of shipping problems with vendors in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare documentation in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, to ensure product delivery is made in accordance with the required policy and procedures as well as all the legislative requirements.
- Compare cargo transport quotes from multi carriers, before making final selection, to ensure product delivery is made cost effective and timely.
- Assist in the development and/or review of product transportation studies and scenarios to evaluate cost effective transportation options.
