Job Description
- Receiving the vehicle from the customer as per the corporate standards.
- Discuss all concerns with customers and write the repair order using the standard text and flat rate.
- Following up the repairs and the washing process.
- Following up with the customer for any additional job and getting additional approval.
- Informing the customer the completion of the vehicle.
- Ensuring the completion of the delivery process.
- Explain the warranty policy to the customers.
- Advise customers concerning vehicle periodic maintenance, accessories and all related service sales products.
- Absorb all customers’ complaints to reach the high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring that daily, monthly and yearly targets are met.
- Ensuring that all qualitative and quantitative KPI’s are met.
- Prepare aftersales management required reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Negotiation skills
- Handling solving
- 1-5 years of experience in Automotive
