Job Description
- Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
- Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
- Provide estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.
- NOTE: Loan Originator will not be the one to approve the loan application. The approval comes from the credit underwriting team.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- 6 months BPO experience is preferred but not required.
- Good Verbal communication skills
- Good Written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Good multitasking skills
- Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Trainable
