Job Description
- Selling and marketing the company products/services through acquiring a solid top quality client portfolio.
- The candidate is required to possess a high level of analytical & communication skills and to comply with AT Lease Risk Acceptance Criteria, in which will guide him/her to acquire the portfolio.
- Help in promoting of the company’s products and support the achievement of the overall Marketing target.
- Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company.
- Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEAS.
- Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.
- Evaluate customer’s financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing calls of the team.
- Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation… etc.)
- Following up through client visits to ensure the completion of the clients’ file and required information to complete the credit analysis.
- Help identify and resolve client concerns.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the closing of transaction.
Job Requirements
- University graduate from a leading university.
- Credit Course or equivalent diploma /certificate is a MUST in case of Managerial level.
- From 2 years up to 10 years’ experience in Leasing or Corporate Banking.
- Excellent command of English Language & computer skills is a MUST.
