About the Job
  • Assuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) is met.
  • Ambassador to The Customer in favor to prevent problems and extend satisfaction.
  • Minimize risk and maximize opportunities by securing customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Working for an international Real Estate company is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate/ Property Management Customer Service/ Support.
  • He or She must have achieved high Customer Service levels/ satisfaction within the local or external markets.

The Following is a must to have:

  • Age: From: From: 24 To: 35
  • Language1: Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
  • Language2: English- Good
  • Possesses understanding of contemporary Customer
  • Experience/ Satisfaction.
  • Professional Problem Solving/ Conflict Resolution techniques.
  • Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
  • Ability to achieve CS KPI.
  • Team working and working under extreme pressure
