Job Description
- Shape a vision of academic success for all students
- Create a climate hospitable to education

- Provide activities which facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
- Identify the annual objectives for the instructional and extracurricular programs of the school.
- Ensures that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed, and involves the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program.
- Evaluate student progress in the instructional program by means that include the maintaining of up-to-date student data.
- Maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Manage, direct, and maintain records on the materials, supplies and equipment which are necessary to carry out the daily school routine.
Job Requirements
- University graduates in any related fields with the English Language as a major is a must.
- Holding any related Teaching & Managing accredited certificates is a must.
- A Master in education or any other related field will be an asset.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in the same position in a reputable organization is a must.
- Possess advanced leadership , Communication and problem solving skills.
- Presentable and committed.
- Team building proficient player.
- Excellent command of the English Language in both forms written and spoken.
