- A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for offering support towards office and administrative position in the front desk of a business organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Provide information to clients or all those people who will call in the office or visit the office premises.
- Answer queries of all those people who call in the organization or information seekers about the business.
- Honor and greet people who enter the organization and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude.
- Greets and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Skills:
- Highly skilled in greeting, and registering training for trainees.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Very Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS applications
- Answering inquiries in person, by phone, Facebook page and on email.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and work in dynamic environment.
