Technical Office Engineer

We are looking for a bright Technical Office Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.

Responsibilities:

• Handling clients’ communications and requests
• Prepare Technical and financial offers
• Conducting technical studies and providing technical solutions
• Contact Suppliers
• Preparing all the technical and general financial proposals.
• They assist company with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.
• Act like key point of contact for clients and provide pre/after sales advices.
• Liaising with other members of the technical & sales team and other technical experts
• Providing general training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
• Preparing proposals, quotations and financial calculations of quotations
• Reply Local/Foreign Purchasing department with full technical/financial order info, when needed.
• Revise order confirmation of foreign suppliers technically if only needed.

Technical office Engineer KPI's:

• Number of output quotations/Month
• Number of  opportunities / Month
• Customer Technical Feedback/Reporting (Collected by Sales Person)
• Time taken to send proposals to Sales team will be (measured as the percentage of proposals that miss the due date)
• KPI's are reserved to top management (to be revised and/or changed) .
