Job Description
- Create reporting template for every project before the project's kick-off meeting.
- Receive daily & weekly reports from the site.
- Analyze site weekly report and send weekly report accordingly to PMs.
- Analyze and send a weekly report to site planning engineers with all site delays.
- Create overall manpower & tools plan from each project plan.
- Follow up actual manpower plan with the site coordinator and compare with planned.
- Create installation rates sheets.
- Follow up daily site installation rates and create daily analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical
- Must have 1 ~3 experience years in the same field
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Analysis skills
- Relevant technical knowledge
