Job Description
- Oversee the powder coating process for metal furniture.
- Operate paint process and equipment in accordance with established control plans in order to satisfy the customer quality standards and delivery schedule.
- Improve Paint Coverage / Reduce Paint consumption per sq mtr.
- Plan and schedule all paint shop activities like Pretreatment, Powder Coating, Liquid and paint mixing and chemical mixing.
- Monitor the Paint Quality trend and enhance it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
- 3+ years’ experience of Paint shop production in furniture paint application processes including pre-treatment and application of both liquid and powder paints;
- Excellent knowledge of powder coating process, pre-treatment, coating and finishing methods and process.
- Hands on experience of Painting and Paint repair.
- Ability to motivate employees.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong people management skills.
