Job Description
- Responsible for receiving the daily operation and coordination with the Department of Stores for the transportation of all of the company's specific requirements.
- Follow up and settle the drivers' pact on time.
- Follow the fuel bowls on a daily basis.
- To monitor the fuel consumption of the company's cars and verify the permitted consumption rates.
- Following up on the renewal of the license for cars and vehicles of all kinds in time.
- Establishment and renewal of car records and follow-up recording of vehicle data.
- Following up on the necessary maintenance schedule.
- Continue buying spare parts and dealing with outside workshops.
- Coordination and control of supply processes and procedures.
- Planning and tracking shipments from the company's warehouses and subsidiaries and solving its problems in order to ensure rapid and efficient performance.
Job Requirements
- Proficient work on ERP programs
- Work well on Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of government laws and regulations, quality requirements and ISO.
- Mastery of communication and supervision skills.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in this area.
