Your Impact
As a Renewable Energy Engineer at Storlytics, you will spearhead the deployment and optimization of energy storage solutions, delivering strategic insights and technical expertise to guide clients through complex system designs. Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with teams to support clients in solving energy storage design and optimization challenges for diverse use cases.
- Assist the application development team in enhancing the Storlytics software platform to align with industry needs.
- Help utility companies and energy storage developers assess lifecycle performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on market trends, grid requirements, and energy market dynamics in wholesale and retail sectors.
- Model emerging energy storage technologies using data from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Deliver detailed reports, analyses, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Coordinate with OEMs, developers, and industry experts to manage and execute complex projects.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Experience with power system studies, including load flow, short circuit analysis, arc flash, protection, and harmonics.
- Experience in renewable energy system design.
- Proficiency in MATLAB programming.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Python programming (intermediate level).
- Familiarity with PV modeling and simulation tools such as PVSyst.
- Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
