Job Description
The Quality Engineer ensures that the company's products and processes meet the applicable quality standards by identifying deficiencies, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
- Inspect the final product before delivery.
- Conduct laboratory experiments on product samples during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Monitor and analyze performance quality.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Develop corrective procedures, solutions, and improvements.
- Review codes, specifications, and processes.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in an administrative or supervisory role within a food and beverage manufacturing plant, preferably bakery manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Food Science or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good Command in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
