Recruiter- (Work from home)

The Recruiter  is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, utilizing multiple sourcing channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Leverage multiple channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool/pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database (ATS/CRM) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Represent the organization professionally and act as a brand ambassador.
• Track and report sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-source, pipeline strength, conversion rates).
