Job Description
- Performs Organizing and conducting training sessions for new recruits by delivering the training content as per the company’s standards.
- Maintain engaging and high-impact training content using various tools.
- Organizing and conducting ongoing/advanced training sessions for existing employees as part of their coaching plan.
- Write training materials and make a training plan
- Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of training processes.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Minimum 3 years experience as Trainer
- Experience in the field of mobile accessories
- Coaching and Guidance.
- Adaptability and Flexibility.
