Tendering Engineer

Reviewing and Analyzing all tender documents and determine the key information about the project

Preparing tender envelope & financial envelope in accordance with the project requirements

Follow up/ coordinate  with all departments (QS, Procurements, site, … etc) if needed to provide them with any task related to the tender

Collect offers for all BOQ items and preparing comparison sheet for suppliers and subcontractors in tendering stage.

Preparing accurate cost estimates (Detailed Cost Breakdown) for all landscape elements in the project and make sure is complying with tender and owner requirements

Reviewing contract terms and conditions to figure out any concern related to the project

Maintaining and up to date knowledge of market variables

Supporting project management team in the handover of the successful tenders
