Job Description
Brand Development
- Help refine and maintain the visual and verbal brand identity
- Coordinate logo usage, brand colors, typography, and messaging
Brand Campaign Management
- Assist in launching new brand campaigns or repositioning initiatives
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all marketing touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, HR, Digital) to embed brand values
- Support HR in internal branding and culture-building initiatives
Content & Design Oversight
- Ensure brand consistency in design assets, presentations, packaging, and digital media
- Review and approve creative content from agencies or internal designers
Market & Consumer Research
- Analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback
- Recommend adjustments based on insights and competitive analysis
Brand Governance
- Maintain brand guideline documents and training for internal use
- Audit brand usage periodically and correct inconsistencies
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or design
Experience in digital and print branding projects
Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in working with or managing creative agencies
- Exposure to social media branding and content development
