Job Description
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
- Lead hard complaints and deal with part of our amounts of target.
- Collect archived amounts from our existing scholars and provide important information to all customers.
- Gathering information about customer complaints.
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating with customers to retain in their courses.
- Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in similar field.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent in English Language.
- Relevant experience with Customer Service for educational institutes.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
