Job Description

  • Manage Operations workflow.
  • Orders confirmation with the supplier via Call & Email.
  • Respond to supplier’s calls & emails, create, and process cases.
  • Provide accurate and complete responses to supplier inquiries.
  • Create Outbound calls to update suppliers on the case status.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments (Finance,Logistics, After-sales operations,etc.)
  • Document every supplier interaction.
