Job Description
- Manage Operations workflow.
- Orders confirmation with the supplier via Call & Email.
- Respond to supplier’s calls & emails, create, and process cases.
- Provide accurate and complete responses to supplier inquiries.
- Create Outbound calls to update suppliers on the case status.
- Coordinate with Internal Departments (Finance,Logistics, After-sales operations,etc.)
- Document every supplier interaction.
