Job brief:
- E-Commerce Operations Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing all the activities within the area. Monitor the efficacy of the stores, improve operating processes, and report to upper management. Audit Operations efficiency of the stores and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service and data analysis procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team.
- Enhance on KPIs of the Area.
- Ensure proper staffing.
- Report issues that affect our customer experience.
- Manage the stock balance to insure minimal spoilage and maximum sales.
- Reduce operational costs.
- monitor the team's compliance with operational policies and keeping up to date with the progress of administrative duties.
- Evaluate the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and address any shortcomings.
