Job Description
- Handling of customer complaints (root cause, corrective action, follow-up, customer feedback).
- Handling of internal audits relevant to (9001:2015, 45001:2018, 14001:2015, IEC/17025:2017).
- Planning actions to address risks and opportunities, follow up, and evaluate the effectiveness of these actions.
- Performing site tour inspections in time intervals to monitor and measure the extent of compliance with the quality management system.
- Handling of NCs reports for all non-conformities addressed (corrective action, follow-up).
- Follow-up action plan for the department objectives and KPIs.
- Conducting a Traceability for the final products in time intervals.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Lead Auditor 9001:2015 & 45001& 14001 & 17025 (preferred)
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, Minitab, and Visio.
- Effective communication with coworkers across departments.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
