Job Description
- Following up the banks' statements in terms of the incoming funds transfers and the export proceeds that are being injected in our account as the export transactions or the advances payments executed under such operations,
- Crediting the export proceeds into the relevant accounts after getting the relevant approval from the respective banks required to link the transferred amounts to the relevant clients.
- Following up with the logistics in respect of the export documents required to be sent to the banks for collection.
- Following up the export accounts for the export clients and sending all the needed clarifications to the sales to ensure that the agreed accounts accurately reflect the related operations.
- Following up and reviewing the export invoices and ensuring that all the export terms have been duly met in accordance with the related proforma invoices and sales orders as well.
- Following up with the export sales regarding the inquiries associated with the export transactions and the needed clarifications in respect of the export clients' balances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Faculty of Commerce, Accounting
- 3-5 years of Experience
- Very good English language skills
- Very good communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP system
