Job Description
1. Responsible for financial coordination, financial system construction, preparation, revision, and improvement of financial SOPs, and improving the efficiency of the finance department.
2. Responsible for the daily financial accounting management of the factory company, supervising the accounting processing results of the related companies, including but not limited to accounting processing, cost control, inventory control,etc.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis, providing financial status reports and operational decision analysis to management.
4. Cooperate with the company's tax planning to ensure 100% tax compliance.
5.Financial review of major contracts of the company.
6.Guide and supervise the daily work of subordinates, improve the overall efficiency and ability of the team.
7. Cooperate to maintain good relationships with banks, accounting firms, and other external partners
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in costing, financial management and accounting in a manufacturing environment, of which minimum 4 years at management level.
- Proficient in national financial and tax related laws and regulations, with good financial analysis skills
- CMA, or ACCA certified is must.
- Proficient in using various financial software and familiar with its working principles, able to provide guidance and training to subordinates on the use of software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and facilitation skills required. Must be detailed oriented.
- Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behavior throughout the organization.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
