Job Description

  • Assist the company in achieving Target.
  • Daily visits to existing and potential clients.
  • Generate new leads by searching for new markets and Customers.
  • Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
  • Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.
  • Prepare technical material submitting (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets, etc.) and cover all consultant comments till we get the consultant approval
  • Follow up on pending projects with clients
  • Handle project schedule and cash flow with the client
  • Manage Sub-contractors accounts
  • Sell and promote products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new services.
  • Build and develop new and positive relationships with general contractors by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and technical department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • HVAC, Fire Fighting, Refrigeration background is a plus
  • Proven market knowledge with experience of 1-3 years
  • Good sales processes, procedures, and concepts knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have a car.
