Job Description
- Assist the company in achieving Target.
- Daily visits to existing and potential clients.
- Generate new leads by searching for new markets and Customers.
- Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
- Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.
- Prepare technical material submitting (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets, etc.) and cover all consultant comments till we get the consultant approval
- Follow up on pending projects with clients
- Handle project schedule and cash flow with the client
- Manage Sub-contractors accounts
- Sell and promote products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new services.
- Build and develop new and positive relationships with general contractors by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and technical department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- HVAC, Fire Fighting, Refrigeration background is a plus
- Proven market knowledge with experience of 1-3 years
- Good sales processes, procedures, and concepts knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have a car.
