Job Description
This is a hands-on role which will encompass account development, sales skills, products expertise (in selling) and sales target achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of technical sales engineers
- Hire, coach, develop top talent, and provide leadership to a team of high-performing Sales Engineers to support company growth
- Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, and our sales team to deliver winning solutions
- Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services
- Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the entire interview process
- Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required activities…etc, for all of the sales team
- Follow up all proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification
- Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections) • Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
- Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients
- Troubleshoot customers’ problems
- Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
- Submit data and management report on time
- Keep the relations with the existing customers.
- Find new markets and customers to expand the business.
- Keep the relation with the existing suppliers.
- Find new suppliers and potential products.
- Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer.
- Follow up the customers till the final decision.
Job Requirements
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday through Thursday
Qualifications:
- BSc in Communication and Electronics or Mechatronics.
- Wide knowledge.
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing.
