Job Description

 This is a hands-on role which will encompass account development, sales skills, products expertise (in selling) and sales target achievement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of technical sales engineers 
  • Hire, coach, develop top talent, and provide leadership to a team of high-performing Sales Engineers to support company growth 
  • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects, and our sales team to deliver winning solutions 
  • Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services 
  • Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the entire interview process 
  • Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required activities…etc, for all of the sales team 
  • Follow up all proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification 
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections) • Responsible to achieve the set sales target. 
  • Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Troubleshoot customers’ problems
  • Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique 
  • Submit data and management report on time 
  • Keep the relations with the existing customers. 
  • Find new markets and customers to expand the business.
  • Keep the relation with the existing suppliers.
  • Find new suppliers and potential products. 
  • Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer. 
  • Follow up the customers till the final decision.

Job Requirements

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday through Thursday

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Communication and Electronics or Mechatronics.
  • Wide knowledge.
  • Fluent in English language speaking and writing.
