Job Description:
- Your role will be to deliver advised telephone sales to referred leads resulting in profitable sales and satisfied customers. You will be calling incoming leads, chasing up outstanding quotes for a successful conversion.
- With the knowledge of our merchant's products and your polite, professional manner you will make sure that every customer you speak to puts the phone down feeling like they’ve had a breeze of our excellent culture and know how to make a purchase on BeanBurds.com
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making 20+ calls a day to customers who have come on our website and have shown interest to buy.
- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Responding to messages on Instagram/Whatsapp or any other text support to provide the customer with the information they need.
- Informs customers of company promotions and upgrades uses persuasive techniques to motivate customers and urges timely purchases to meet qualifications for discounts.
- Qualifies leads, determines customer needs, explains product/service alternatives, recommends the most suitable products/service(s), identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sales.
- Follow up to ensure all customers requesting the payment link end up going through the checkout process
Job Requirements
Successful candidates need to:
- Natural Salesperson not afraid of rejection
- Fluent in English and Arabic. (MUST)
- Possesses great interpersonal and communications skills
- Have a minimum of 2 years successful, cold calling experience in B2C telesales - Preferred
- Thrive to make a high volume of outbound calls, contacts, and conversions per day
- Possess the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate solid analytical skills to determine the customer’s needs and pains
- Demonstrate solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Be highly persuasive and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined
- Possess a good knowledge of email, Microsoft Excel, and Word
