Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and overachieve monthly sales targets and stretch targets
- Check and enter customer orders in accordance with established processes, policies and procedures.
- Submit annual, quarterly, and monthly sales target recommendations to the parts aftersales section head for review and approval
- Coordinate with the team at Mantra Co. on improvements of the availability service level to customers.
- Operate as on field price indicator to help in optimizing pricing strategies.
Customer Service
- Answering Mantra Co.’ questions, resolving problems, informing them about product availability and product prices.
- Collect and track their purchase requests for unavailable parts then inform them when parts are on hand.
- Act as an information source on customer order processing based on policies and procedures.
Inventory
- Receipt, unloading and place parts in system assigned storage location.
- Check material received quantities & specifications against documents.
- Provide timely inventory information to administrative teams for replenishment of indirect materials.
- Support Cycle counting and stock-take activities.
- Submit filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
- Do a random monthly warehouse inventory evolution and compare it with the actual recorded figures and file a discrepancy report to the warehouses manager and parts manager with the result and any irregularities
- Request purchase orders to ensure the company has proper inventory levels to fill a customer's needs.
- Obtain receipt acknowledgement of delivered parts.
Reports & Other
- Prepare monthly and annual targets report.
- Maintain applicable reports, records, and systems (manual and computerized) to be audit compliance.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering but not required
- Fluent English
Minimum Experience:
- Previous proven sales experience in parts is preferably

- Skills on MS Office suite. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Highly motivated, positive attitude
- Neat and presentably appearance.
- Is a goal-oriented person.
- High aptitude for fashion design, coordination, and display
- Ability to work with difficult customers while maintaining a courteous demeanor at all times.
- Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
- Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
- Ability to receive, establish rapport, and determine and attend to customers'' needs
