Job Description
- Receiving purchase orders and determining the required standards in coordination with the requesting party.
- Communicate with suppliers to inquire about the purchase order items, their quality and quantity, and bring samples if necessary.
- Evaluate the best offers and negotiate with them for prices, taking into account the quality and payment terms.
- Preparing supply orders with agreed terms to implement the purchase requisition and follow up the supply in the company's warehouses.
- Preparing the documents required for the payment of suppliers' dues and submitting them to the financial department and following them up.
- Searching for new suppliers and developing a mechanism for working with existing suppliers.
- Preparing the necessary reports to monitor the progress of work on a regular and accurate basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of any relevant field.
- Experience From 2-3 years in purchases field.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Good knowledge of the documentary cycle of the procurement process
- Effective communication, Negotiation, Time management skills
- Collaboration, Teamwork, numerical & Analytical skills.
- Good command of excel and word.
- Good level in English.
