Job Description

  • Receiving purchase orders and determining the required standards in coordination with the requesting party.
  • Communicate with suppliers to inquire about the purchase order items, their quality and quantity, and bring samples if necessary.
  • Evaluate the best offers and negotiate with them for prices, taking into account the quality and payment terms.
  • Preparing supply orders with agreed terms to implement the purchase requisition and follow up the supply in the company's warehouses.
  • Preparing the documents required for the payment of suppliers' dues and submitting them to the financial department and following them up.
  • Searching for new suppliers and developing a mechanism for working with existing suppliers.
  • Preparing the necessary reports to monitor the progress of work on a regular and accurate basis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of any relevant field.
  • Experience From 2-3 years in purchases field.
  • Good knowledge of the local market.
  • Good knowledge of the documentary cycle of the procurement process
  • Effective communication, Negotiation, Time management skills
  • Collaboration, Teamwork, numerical & Analytical skills.
  • Good command of excel and word.
  • Good level in English.
