Job Description

Manage Call center Telesales Operations Including:

  • Team management to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Sales follow up with the buyers
  • Leads management on dialer
  • Follow up with Technical support any issues
  • Take part in hiring process for the agents
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports about agents KPI's and total operation performance
  • Able to provide training for newcomers and coaching for the current agents

Job Requirements
