Job Description

  • The Customer Service Manager is expected to improve and enhance the business results, through providing wide range of high quality services which supports the Company’s clients, sales team and QNB AA network through managing the customer service units ; Clients & Network Service and Support, Call Center and Retention, Medical Network Relations.

Job Requirements

Required Education:

  • A degree from a recognized university.
  • MBA or post graduate studies is a plus.

Required Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience in the customer service field , with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Insurance background is preferred, financial service background is a must.

Required Skills:

  • Very good English language , and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and to be accurate , creative and dynamic , in addition to leadership skills, delegation skills and emotional intelligence.
