Job Description
HR Specialist – Fayoum Branch
???? Location: Fayoum, Egypt
???? Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
???? Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
???? Salary: EGP 6,000 – 8,000 / month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Maintain and update employee files (both digital and hard copies).
Support employees with day-to-day HR and administrative inquiries.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR database updates.
Coordinate with other departments to implement HR policies.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law is a plus.
Education:
A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
