Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling training courses to educational institutions (schools, universities) and organizations (clubs, companies). This role requires a high degree of interaction with potential customers, identifying their needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Research and identify potential clients in the educational and organizational sectors (schools, universities, sports clubs, corporate clients).
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., school principals, university faculty heads, HR managers in organizations).
- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s training courses and solutions.
Sales & Negotiations:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Present customized course offerings based on the specific needs of each institution or organization.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to course delivery, quality, or service.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, training, and operations teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met.
- Coordinate with the technical support and training delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work towards expanding the company’s customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational or training industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in selling educational or corporate training programs, is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
