Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to grow sales revenue.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales (preferred).
Strong technical background and understanding of the company’s products/services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
