Job Description
- Provide technical support to clients using Odoo.
- Assist clients with resolving system issues, responding to support tickets, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Offer guidance and assistance to clients.
- Provide bookkeeping services as part of ERP support, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely assistance and solutions.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and client interactions for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on ERP system updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide proactive support and assistance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and assistance to clients.
- Support clients with all necessary assistance required to optimize their use of ERP systems and achieve their business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- 1+ years of experience in providing technical support for ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Experience in handling support tickets and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in ERP system navigation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with expertise in accounting modules.
- Experience or familiarity with providing bookkeeping services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Odoo certification or relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
- English fluency.
