Job Description
- Conduct market scanning of all segments of the medical market, competitor study, and identify key decision-making chain procurement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the management , KOL,decision-makers of customers , focus on sales breakthrough in key accounts in line with corporate and regional IVD strategy.
- Consolidate and optimize distribution networks in assigned territories and extend empowerment to distributors to enhance sales, clinical application, and service capabilities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to maximize exposure and improve branding image.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors degree and above, majoring in medicine, biomedical engineer, science, or any related discipline for pathology types of equipment will be a plus.
- Proficient in English including verbal and writing, adaptive to a multinational company.
- Minimum 4 years sales experience in pathology types of equipment in reputed medical device companies.
- Experienced in direct sales network with rapport relation with local KOLand key accounts.
- Very good interpersonal and presentation skills, self-motivated.
