- Develop a Quality Control Plan for Bitunil on an annual basis

- Ensure that the Quality Control covers control of Raw Material, Production Process, Finished Products, and some of Packaging & Loading.
|
- Develop a daily, weekly as well as a monthly quality control plan based on the current orders.
|
- Plan, with the Production Manager, the high performance production of waterproofing MBM at Bitunil in such a way that highest possible quality is reached.
|
- Organize training for the staff and thereby ensure a high quality production.
|
- Help that Bitunil becomes well known as a quality producer of waterproofing MBM locally and internationally, by ensuring that high quality products are always in focus.
|
- Suggest improvements or investments in order to improve the company quality performance.
|
- To actively take part in the preparation of a company budget on an annual basis.
|
- To be responsible for initial type testing of the products.
|
- To be responsible for raw materials and finished product releasing
|
- To follow up the application of CE Mark system and ISO 9001 system.
|
- Reports to the General plant manager concerning the CE system and insuring that system is maintained.
|
- Investigate and response to customer complaints regarding quality.
|
- HSE Responsibilities:
- Implement the E & OHS programs in his department.
- Inform the HSE Manager about any deviations or developments in his department that would affect the significant environmental aspects and E & OHS performance.
- Cooperate with the fire defuse groups and rescue groups during any accident or emergency.
