Job Description
- Responsible for adopting and applying quality tools , statistical process control in daily quality activities
- Defining and control the financial Cost of poor quality out of repair and inspection elements inside BAMC and define the related corrective, preventive or improvement actions,
- Follow up Quality control KPI’s (audit figures, corrective actions figures, t, etc…) on daily basis, manage the related corrective and preventive action.
- Follow up the quality control section to comply and maintain with ISO TS 16949/2002, this including establishing BAMC processes, operation procedures, work instructions,….etc
- Prepare the product audit plan for BAMC products . Manage and perform the implementation of the audit plan and related corrective, preventive and improvement actions
- Define with the Quality control Manager the required quality training for quality control employees. Instruct the defined training, this training include for example , problem solving tools, six sigma methodology, process control and improvement, statistical process control,….
- Support the production self inspection system in case of any additional required effort.
- Follow up the daily product audit presentations as well as the related corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up the application of torque audit.
- Follow the application of process audit on production lines.
- Analysis the customer complaints and take necessary corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Industrial, Production or Engineering.
- 2 - 4 years of experience within same field.
- Excellent knowledge of TQM, Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent Leadership & Analytical Skills.
- Excellent Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
