Job Description
We are a fast-growing start-up online shipping company in Manhattan USA. We are looking for an Accountant and AP Assistant who is responsible for billing, branch office payroll and accounting. The idea candidate should be self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented, with good communication skills strong learning ability, proficient in excel, Be a team player for daily operation. Arabic and fluent English bilingual are preferred. Able to do night shift or weekend shift. 

The location of this position is in our Egypt Office at El Sheikh Zayed City,

About the role

  • Perform label, analysis, billing, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Customer Service / billing related queries through phone, chat and web tickets in accordance with Company's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the creation and improvement of Customer policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Customer Service.
  • Develop good and respected relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate, courteous and efficient service & support.
  • Work with other staff in the department to meet the performance targets for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity and quality that are above the average in the industry.
  • Be flexible to work with the supervisor on higher priority task and escalations.

Job Requirements


  • Males only
  • Able to do night shift or weekend shift.
  • Bilingual Arabic/English are required.
  • Accounting or Finance Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  • People-oriented with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Proficient in excel, Google Sheet, and email communication are must, PPT and writing skills are needed
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • People-oriented with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a changing environment
  • Strong learning and problem resolve abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and good time management skill.


  • Knowledge of shipping/ e-commerce is a big plus.
  • Audit background and writing policies on internal control procedures
