Job Description
- Alexandria Resident is A MUST
- Generate clear ideas and concepts for all visual productions including graphics and videos
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to deliver the most relevant visual assets to the marketing objectives
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and team workers as well as provide directions
- Present completed ideas to team members and monitor the implementation of work
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Lead the visual creators team including graphics and video team to create and collaborate on best-in-class marketing material
- Partner with company leadership to ensure visual production alignment with the overall strategic vision of the company and clients
- Establish production benchmarks and ensure a constant focus on delivering and improving production standards for all visuals
- Manage the visual production budget and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Worked as an Art Director for not less than 2 years and created many successful ads.
- Graphic Designing skills (Proficient use of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other essential visual design and wire-framing tools
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Be able to see other people's points of view and cope with criticism
- Be highly motivated and well organized
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and also understanding offline and print Experience.
- incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
