We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will connect the systems of new customers to our tech stack as smoothly and quickly as possible by using ready-built plugins. Once connected, you place our customers' products on more than 45 online marketplaces and make sure that the data mapping is done correctly and, if necessary, contact marketplace account managers to solve the necessary connection problems.
Objectives of this role
- After our sales team signed a client, you will supervise the tech onboarding process behind the screens.
- The process usually starts by connecting the system of the customer to our tech stack.
- You will keep a close eye on whether everything runs smoothly and you check, for example, whether the orders end up properly in the customer's CMS or ERP system.
- Once up and running, you assist with troubleshooting.
- Meezy is continuously improving processes, customer information, and software. You proactively give your input to realize these improvements.
Job Requirements
- Managing all aspects of an implementation project from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing work flow, and communicating progress to Meezy team members.
- You coordinate and monitor the integration process. To this end, you are a stakeholder in the sprint planning of the integration team, working with the scrum method.
- Conducting post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the software is being used effectively
- Developing and executing project plans to ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and within budget
- Communicating with Meezy members and marketplace account managers to identify and resolve issues throughout the implementation process
- Reviewing project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure that all tasks have been completed according to plan
