Job Description
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, machinery, and raw materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions from the company’s portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support for clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management as required.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
