Job Description
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test case/scenarios.
- Executing end-to-end, regression, integration and acceptance test scenarios for CRM products.
- Recording and tracking defects, working with the development team to ensure successful defect reproduction and resolution.
- Creating Quality Assurance reports and testing activities.
- Completion of tests in accordance with the time plan, monitoring and coordination
- Preventing quality issues in the projects
- Supporting clients onsite during UAT Periods.
- Mentoring to the QA Junior staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline or equivalent industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Testing
- Solid understanding of the software development life-cycle and methodologies.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in testing CRM and Product Catalog Driven Order Management applications
- Experience in Specification Based Black box test techniques
- Experience in using SQL Queries, SOAP, Postman, Jira, HP AlM …etc Aid Tools.
- ISTQB Certification is a plus
