Job Description
- Works as first line support, when receiving all user’s problems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment Develop and Implement network maintenance standard Operating Procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably Computer Science, Engineering or Computer and information.
- Experience 3-4 yrs in the same field.
- Server management (AD, Group policy, Print server, file server, DHCP,WSUS,…).
- Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of (Network - Computers – Servers – Printers).
- Kaspersky management.
- CCNA,MCSA is a must.
- Very Good User of Windows.
- Very good follow up skills.
- Meeting dead lines.
- Good command of English Language.
- Good communication skills.
