Position: Sr. Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Align HR initiatives with the company’s overall goals to drive organizational performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Employee Engagement & Experience, and R&R initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention.
- Design and execute surveys to capture employee feedback and create action plans for improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees to maintain a transparent and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential talent and facilitate development plans.
- Talent Management & Development
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
- To deliver targeted training and development programs.
- Facilitate career development discussions to support employee growth and retention.
- HR Governance & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and practices compliance.
- Resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Leverage HR analytics to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on key HR metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Prior experience in the IT/ITES or technology sector is highly desirable.
