Job Description

Position: Sr. Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Align HR initiatives with the company’s overall goals to drive organizational performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience, and R&R initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention.
  • Design and execute surveys to capture employee feedback and create action plans for improvements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees to maintain a transparent and inclusive work environment.

 

  1. Performance Management

 

  • Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential talent and facilitate development plans.
  • Talent Management & Development
  • Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
  • To deliver targeted training and development programs.
  • Facilitate career development discussions to support employee growth and retention.

 

  1. HR Governance & Compliance

 

  • Ensure HR policies and practices compliance.
  • Resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Data-Driven Insights
  • Leverage HR analytics to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on key HR metrics.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India.

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
  • Prior experience in the IT/ITES or technology sector is highly desirable.
