Job Description
- Plans direct and supervises large construction projects.
- They creatively serve as a leader and middleman on construction projects to make sure everything about the project is safe, smooth, and structurally sound.
- Manage the planning and design stage of the projects, carefully evaluate the structural, electrical, and mechanical condition of each project, inspect all drawings and designs before they are implemented.
- Plan personal flows and decide how other contractors and subcontractors will support ongoing operations.
- Analyzes a job’s financial projections to ensure they are accurate and practical.
- Constantly refer to schedules to make sure quality work is done on time. When needed, they facilitate discussions and create solutions between construction contractors and construction managers.
- Provide necessary status updates and respond to questions from contractors, clients, and their own company leadership. Furthermore, they regularly assess all projects to suggest different cost-saving techniques for a project, send weekly project reports to their construction manager.
- Keeping up-to-date logs, estimates, change orders, vendor forms, and surveys with different software.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Have experience in the construction process of residential buildings(preferable in real estate companies).
- Project management and supervision skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Good user of AutoCAD 2D & Primavera.
- Experience in Site Construction work.
- Hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.
- Has work experience in Residential Building is a must. Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Ability to work under pressure
