Job Description

  • Issuance of various insurance policies
  • Prepare and follow up all types of insurances.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to reach the best service provided to the customer
  • Communicate with customers to identify their problems and solve them as quickly as possible
  • Follow up on the renewals of all insurance policies.
  • Carry out documents & electronic archiving work for the files of insurance operations.
  • Any other work assigned to it by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance officer.
  • University degree majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or any other related disciplines.
  • It is preferable for those who have experience in the same field of at least 3 years.
  • Can work in a team and under the pressure of work.
  • Ability to prepare different reports.
  • Solve problems and crises in quick and effective ways .
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Word, Excel.
  • Male/Female.
