Job Description
- Issuance of various insurance policies
- Prepare and follow up all types of insurances.
- Communicate with insurance companies to reach the best service provided to the customer
- Communicate with customers to identify their problems and solve them as quickly as possible
- Follow up on the renewals of all insurance policies.
- Carry out documents & electronic archiving work for the files of insurance operations.
- Any other work assigned to it by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance officer.
- University degree majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or any other related disciplines.
- It is preferable for those who have experience in the same field of at least 3 years.
- Can work in a team and under the pressure of work.
- Ability to prepare different reports.
- Solve problems and crises in quick and effective ways .
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Word, Excel.
- Male/Female.
