• A Luxury Tourism Counselor will be promoting Inbound activities in Egypt which are suitable to the needs of the request received from existing and new customers of Excel Travel. 
• The candidate needs to be passionate about Travel as a lifestyle and must keep abreast about what Egypt as a Destination can offer.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the Project Manager with an assignment throughout the following different phases:
• Building detailed programs/itineraries and a well-studied quotation that matches the customer’s request offering possible alternatives for the customer to choose from under the direct supervision of the Project Manager.
• Follow up on confirmation to any business lead Excel Travel receives.
• Build a solid relationship with all Excel Travel suppliers in order to obtain the best rates/availabilities / fast replies and excellent service for Excel Travel customers.
• Assist in the preparation of Action Plans for big projects following up on each task owner for accurate and faultless execution.
