Job Description
•Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our retail stores, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, optimizing customer
service, merchandising, staffing levels, and inventory management.
• Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Lead efforts to train and empower store personnel, ensuring a high level of knowledge in store policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Inventory Control: Implement robust inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Performance Analysis: Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators, sales figures, and inventory management to guide decision-making.
• Policy Adherence: Execute and enforce company policies within the stores, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Administrative Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to the administration, summarizing store activities and performance.
Job Requirements
• Presentable: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Retail.
• Clientele Management: Capable of professionally dealing with A+ clientele.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
• Language and Computer Skills: Good command of English and proficiency in computer skills.
• Leadership Qualities: Possess leadership skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• POS System Experience: Experience with Shopify POS system is a plus.
